Last updated: 26 August 2026. This policy applies to layerhouse.net (the "Service"), operated by the LayerHouse team ("we", "us"). It is written for the product as shipped. Have counsel review it before you rely on it as a legal document.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password or Google sign-in identifiers.
• Project data: renders and textures you upload, masks, prompts, and generated outputs stored in your projects.
• Usage data: plan, credit consumption, and basic device/log information needed to run the studio.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on LayerHouse servers.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the studio, generate your edits, bill the plan you choose, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Uploaded images are sent to the model providers we use to produce an edit. We do not sell your project files.

Retention

Account and project data stay until you delete them or close the account, unless we must keep a record for billing, security, or law.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for authentication and session integrity. The studio will not work correctly if those are blocked.
