Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 August 2026. These terms govern use of layerhouse.net. Have counsel review them before you treat them as a binding customer contract.

The service

LayerHouse is an AI render editor. You upload an image, instruct an edit, and receive a generated result. Output is probabilistic. You are responsible for checking it before you send it to a client.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Free, Pro, and Ultra plans are described on the pricing page. Credits are consumed when you run an edit. Unused credits do not imply extra rights beyond the plan then in force.

Your uploads

You retain rights in the renders and textures you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them so we can provide the Service. If you upload a client's work, you represent that you have permission to do so.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the studio.
• Do not use the Service to generate unlawful or infringing images.
• Do not share an account in a way that evades plan limits.

Limitation

The Service is provided as is. We are not liable for professional design decisions, client disputes, or incidental damages, except where the law says we cannot limit that.
